Stoller Wine Group is seeking a qualified Bottling Maintenance Mechanic II to join the bottling team at the winery. This position is a full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, overtime and weekends as needed. Summary

This position is responsible for performing maintenance on bottling machines and related equipment by performing the following duties under minimal supervision;

• Performs routine preventative maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on the bottling line equipment to include, but not limited to; conveyors, rinser, fillers, corkers, screw capper, crowncapper, labeler, capsuler/spinner, pleater/crimper, counter pressure filler, disgorger, wirehooder, case sealer.

• Working knowledge of all types of motors, performs inspection and repairs of bearings, drives, gearboxes, pulleys, and drive items, machine controls and circuits.

• Demonstrates skilled mechanical repair, electrical repair, fabrication, and other mechanical tasks.

• Works with winery operations on production equipment to include, but not limited to; pumps, hoses, valves & fittings, storage racks, filters, centrifuges, cross flow; Crush equipment – de-stemmers, pumps, presses, conveyors, and hoists.

• Perform/Assist bottling line changeovers and machine adjustments as needed.

• Monitor spare parts inventory for bottling equipment, making recommendations and or procuring parts needed.

• Preparation and installation of equipment, including the fabrication of simple parts.

• Ability to operate and be licensed and certified to operate industrial equipment like forklifts, booms, etc.

• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to work with team members to achieve production goals safely and has a desire to continuously learn and improve self and others.

• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.

• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

This position may require travel to other facilities to perform maintenance and repairs as needed. Travel Requirements - 0%-10%

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years maintenance experience required.

• Food Manufacturing Environment Experience, winery or liquid fill operations preferred.

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Stainless welding skills preferred.

• PLC experience preferred.

• TPM, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
